Trois Dômes chef Jérémy Ravier's expertise guides him in his day-to-day work. He grew up with a taste for good food inspired by his grandmothers' kitchens. He has always been curious about the way in which recipes are prepared and products are processed. After a career in haute gastronomy, Ravier brings Les Trois Dômes his inspiration from the world around him and works on new trends in his own way.

    Des mets qui vous mettent en émoi à la lecture mais qui vous donnent une déceptions ( exemple les St Jacques au miel, je n'ai pas trouvé le goût du miel). La viande cuite correctement, mais sans trop de saveur.
    Les serveurs professionnels avec une parfaite attitude. Et enfin une addition, qui correspond à nos choix mais qui n'est pas à la hauteur du repas.

    Bravo en cuisine et niveau service c'est au top, ce n'est pas hautain, c'est connaisseur, agréable, décoincé, souriant et courtois...
