We had a wonderful holiday and appreciated the welcome gift. We were given an upgrade to a harbour view room which was fantastic, made the stay, would not have enjoyed it as much on other side of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sadly my name spelled incorrectly, only 2 of cups, glasses etc but 3 adults booked. Had to take turns for cup of coffee. Not enough milk as we stayed 2 nights. Staff were helpful.
