Not good! - room was cold upon arrival - not heated - Dinner table was not reserved - Company details were all given in advance with the booking - despite that Invoice came out on personal name -and then it took 30 minutes for the lady at the reception to print an invoice - and then to make me suffer, she gave me a card to drive out of the garage that she had even not confirmed in the system, that it was still valid at the time I drove out - so I blocked all the others behind me. finally could drive backwards, adn then needed to go again to the reception - and unfriendly and not english speaking skills

It was a nice experience for us to stay in Sofitel. I booked a superior room but was upgraded into suite which is such a treat for me and my husband. I like the welcome message on the to screen. Nice bed and pillows! Very good location within financial district and close to a tram station. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.

A good stay. The hotel needs a better gym and the climate control on the room needs to be updated. Those two changes would get you a 9/10

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. Hotel staff made me feel welcome and supported. The hotel is conveniently situated on the free tram line with bus stop services too. The city center is about 1.4 km away. The hotel is in a much calmer location than city center allowing for the best of both worlds. Will stay there again on my next visit.
