First of all special thank you to the Male staff who made the booking for me, and the two lovely receptionists that worked morning of Friday 12th April. Novotel is always our go to for family staycations and this time around, my mum was here and it was her birthday so we decided to recruit her to Novotel and it exceeded our expectations.
