Hi, I stayed at the hotel 11-13.04.24. I booked package with $20 dinner voucher and breakfast. Yesterday I hade chicken parmigiana $30, and two beers for 2x$15=$30, total $60. Today morning I had coffee for $5. My kitchen bill should be $65, minus $20 voucher = $45. My invoice is $84 for kitchen minus $20 voucher = $65. The discrepancy looks like either kitchen did put extra on my bill or voucher has not been applied. I didn’t sign the kitchen receipts, so don’t have evidences to dispute. As feedback - can you enforce the only signed kitchen receipts to be billed to the room and copies kept in your system for clarification.

Getting to the hotel was more difficult than it should be. The driver could not speak English very well and struggled to communicate with most passengers. His bus was also in poor repair. As there were no signs we had to ask questions. The return trip was better and a good, newer, bus. But this bus did not have signage either. The hotel was okay, but the carpet in the room had a very large stain on it. It was the first thing we saw.
