Overall good stay, every staff is welcoming and warmth especially Head Chef! Food were good and price competitive. Love the ambience at lobby but not much at room as it gave kind of eerie but warmth environment.

We had a great time whenever staying at Pullman hotel. However, after Covid, there are always no connecting room available even though we book rooms 2 months earlier. Hoping to improve on this matter.
