We were very close to the good malls (e.g. Paragon, Siam Center, MBK, etc.). Staff were friendly and took care of our needs. Breakfast though was the same all the time. Maybe you add more variety in the special for the day. Probably a rotating dish per section.

The service at the checking in time was amaizing and the staff was very helpful and respectful. We liked dealing with him. Special thanks to Mr. POTAE. The location of the hotel is amaizing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely came back.

The only reason why I didn't give the hotel 10 points is because they didn't set up the extra bed for my 8 years old child when we arrived and when we enquire about it at night they tried to charge us for the extra bed. We booked the premium suites for 2 adults and 2 kids and we specified the children's age which already attract a higher price at booking time. Then they tried to tell me that the policies is that they must charge for an extra bed. To which I refutte as this is incorrect no where during the booking or reservation confirmation terms, conditions and policies that this was ever mentioned. Further I have never experienced this before when we clearly specified the number of guests. Do they expect everyone to sleep on the same bed. Finally I got an extra bed delivered.
