The staffs are all really kind and helpful in our 3 stays in KL. The view of room is great, full of nice aroma. There is a special channel which connects the hotel and the Pavillion Mall. The breakfast is really great, and the view of the restaurant at night also extraordinary. Next time to KL, we will definitely choose Banyan Tree Hotel again.

Amazing service as always. From the front desk to the spa (with therapist Vivi) and the Guest Experience (Stefanie). The hotel surprised us with decorations and thoughtful gifts. Truly our fav hotel in KL. Love that we have the option of having in-room dining for breakfast too.

Overall was okay, just maybe shortage of manning. Some request takes a little bit of time. The view was awesome. The breakfast and services were spotted on. Vertigo were the favorite spots with nice night Kuala Lumpur view and the place is not too crowded and not loud.

The welcome was good from the jockey right to the check in at level 53. Room was excellent. View was superb. However my luggage was slightly delayed. Not sure why. Overall good. Oh yes breakfast was good m view was amazing nice. Good choice if u want to shop at Pavilion

Enjoyable getaway

whoh TripAdvisor review

Overall service is good - staff is really friendly and helpful. Room is good size - best part probably is the bathroom with the tub Minor area to take note ; arrived earlier and as expected could not check in yet. Was told the bags would be sent up when the room is ready and was asked re turn down service preference. We came back to hotel after 5, noticing our bags are still downstairs. And the turndown service came knocking at 7 pm (when we had a do not disturb flag on) and we actually requested for 8 pm
