Nous avons passé le week-end à Wroclaw et nous avons simplement adoré l’hôtel! Son emplacement est parfait, le design est très bien réalisé dans le moindre détail, du lobby jusqu’au centre de bien-être. L’atmosphère qui y règne est très apaisante. La chambre est parfaitement équipé et très bien agencée, avec une magnifique vue. L’accueil que nous avons rendu en chambre était personnalisé. La douche et la qualité de la literie sont les gros avantages de la chambre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est également très complet et vraiment qualitatif. Le personnel était également très serviable, avec de bonnes recommandations. Un grand merci !!

Très bel hôtel, très bon petit déjeuner. Cependant la qualité de service n’est pas au rendez-vous d’un cinq étoiles pour tout le personnel. Télévision non fonctionnelle, la communication à ce sujet n’était pas uniforme. La carte du restaurant est trop simple. Mais le spa est très agréable ainsi que la salle de sport.
