The hotel is well located for me. The rooms are well appointed as you would expect. The hotel has a functional gym. Not the greatest but for a hotel it had everything I needed. The stand out for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of every staff member I interacted with. From the manager that checked I was okay when waiting for a friend to arrive one evening, to the reception desk (both check in and check out), the coffee barista on the reception level. They really made a difference.
