Great food on the Saturday night. Great service. Abundant staff. Far better than some reviews we read. Accomodation was more than adequate. Some friends have suggested the accomodation is a little tired. We needed service to get the TV to work, which was provided.

Celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary here. Had an amazing night at the Novotel including dinner and breakfast. Staff were so friendly, food at dinner was amazing. Coffee machine in our room. Would have liked to have had water provided in the room but was given immediately when asked. Will definitely return and have dinner again. Breakfast could be improved, including hot pancakes instead of cold.

Rooms and housekeeping were excellent. However, you cannot get a meal/snack unless you dine in the restaurant or in room only. also, we there was no bar open until 6pm so could not get a drink.
