Horrible location I tried to get a room at the Novotel The girl that registered us was very nice, but her English was poor as well as her French and needed help from a coworker

Excellent 1 night stay for 2 adults and a 12 yr old. Room big enough for 1 double and and a single. Breakfast good. Ideally located as close to Eurostar and only 15 mins walk to town!

This hotel is close by the South station so convenient for arriving in Brussels. Only issue was that one of the two lifts were out of order but it did not seem to create too much of a problem at the times I needed it,.

Very well located close to the station. A bit slow at check in and poor interaction but the room was clean and the bed big and comfy. I’m not a fan of listening to air conditioning in the room so we opted for an open window and the noise from early on in the morning was significant. If you want to go to the Grand Place it’s a 20 minute walk with lots of smelly bits!!!
