My experience was good, the concierge staff are to be commended they were very professional and on the ball, especially in relation to the valet parking. The reception staff were also good; however I did comment on my first night that the bathroom did not have a bathmat and that shower, while having shampoo and conditioner, the bath gel location was empty and remained empty for the entire two night stay. Overall the hotel is in a great location and I did enjoy my stay, but the room while spacious did not have any usb ports, apart from the bathroom and it was a surprise to see the shower/bath combo, it would be good to think about upgrading the bathrooms to just showers.
