Spent the last weekend here with the family. Really enjoyed it and had no problems. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were all really helpful. Breakfast was good in Horizon and, in the evenings, we ate in the Belgium Beer Cafe which was good value. A big shout out to Rosemary in the Belgium Beer Cafe - excellent service! We'll be back soon.

The staff in Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate were courteous and accommodating all throughout. Breakfast was good and we were asked what we need and served coffee as well. We were also placed in rooms with lake view which was quite relaxing. Hotel is nice and tranquil. Overall experience was great! Thank you to the warm welcome of the hotel staff and the manager in the restaurant.
