Great hotel and location. The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful! Shout out to Helen on reception for bringing a smile to our faces every day while working hard and Narinnder the chef for making the best poached eggs every day on request. Cheers ladies! PH

I had major problems booking two rooms. For some reason the website repeatedly wouldn’t let me do so. I had to have half a dozen separate conversations with reception to sort out my booking. Staff promised to call back and failed to do so. I was given several different pricing for the rooms. It seemed to change every time I called. The whole experience was totally unsatisfactory and time consuming

Easy to leave car for a weeks holiday no hidden extras Its a bit of a trek to the maglev for the airport but luckily it wasn't raining Good size room clean and quiet with food available if you want it. Would have liked twin beds for the children though as we have one of each

Bedroom large comfortable beds evening meal food was amazing camembert to start followed by chicken tikka masala and rigatoni pasta Bolognese! All wonderful but the best was service 100% from Mr mian he was polite warm welcoming and just wonderful to start our holiday off thankyou
