I reconfirmed with our Executive Chef: the food is out for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes and all cold foods are kept chilled prior to being served. Did you inform anyone from the team when you felt unwell? We do of course take all accounts of possible food poisoning very seriously. Food poisoning sets in 24 hours after eating, may we ask if this was the case? Please do reach out to me at any time, I am looking forward to hearing from you.
