Front desk staff were very helpful. However we were told that we could take our dog into the resuarant fro breakfast but when we arrived for breakfast were told no. We had previosly take out dog iny.o breakfast at the NOvotel Sud in Rouen I waslaso offered plasic cups for the room which I could return the next day, I was not told there was a 2 euro charge for each cup. The cups were not used as there is no facility for tea or coffee in the rooms. Rooms are adequate but no more

We often stay in Ibis Styles as we find that they are in good locations and are good value for m.. This was no exception.

The hotel is good, but I asked for an amenity for my child, as normally in Ibis styles they give something to kids, and they say no, without reason. Not happy because I choose this hotel for the treatment towards children.
