General Conditions of Use 

1. Offer description

The “Non-Guest Dining Offer” (hereafter “the Offer”) is administrated by PRO-FID, a company with share capital of €3,500,000, listed in the French Trade & Companies Register of Evry under number 433 825 650, having its registered office at 2 rue de la Mare Neuve, 91080 Courcouronnes, France (hereafter “the Administrator”), the firm that manages the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme for the AccorHotels group.


The Offer entitles members of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme who meet the qualification requirements for the Offer set out in article 3 (below) (the “Member”) to earn Rewards Points (as defined in the Le Club AccorHotels General Conditions of Use) by ordering food or beverages at one of the restaurants enrolled to participate in the Offer (hereafter “Participating Restaurants”).

Participating Restaurants are restaurants based in hotels operated under an AccorHotels brand that have enrolled to participate in the Offer (the full list of Participating Restaurants is available on the website

In the event the Offer is or becomes prohibited under local law of the Member’s country of residence, the Offer shall be automatically withdrawn and any subscription for the Offer by the Member shall be deemed null and void.

These General Conditions of Use describe the Offer and the terms and methods of its application. The Le Club AccorHotels General Conditions of Use (which are available at the www.accorhotels.com website) continue to apply to all the terms and conditions that are not specific to this Offer.

This Offer is exclusive and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

The Offer is valid every day, from Monday to Sunday inclusive.

2. Duration of the Offer

This temporary Offer is valid until May 31st 2019 or any later date elected by the Administrator.

The Offer can be amended or terminated, in whole or in part, at any time by the Administrator.

3. Registration

To take advantage of the Offer, the Member must meet the following qualification requirements without exception:

- Be and remain a member of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme and have agreed to the programme’s General Conditions of Use.

- Be and remain registered as resident in the United Kingdom on their online Le Club AccorHotels online account.

- Have registered for the Offer by completing one of the following steps:

(a)  The member registers a valid Visa® card to their Le Club AccorHotels online account on or after 30 January 2019 at 00:01 CET. For example, either: (i) the member becomes a member of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme on or after the relevant time and registers a valid Visa® card to their account at the time of sign-up to the programme; or (ii) the member is an existing member of the programme and on or after the relevant time accesses their Le Club AccorHotels online account and registers (or de-registers and then re-registers) a valid Visa® card to the account; or

(b)  The member is an existing member of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme with a valid Visa® card registered to their Le Club AccorHotels online account before 30 January 2019 at 00:01 and, following receipt of an email launching the Offer from the Administrator, follows the link on the email to a registration page for the Offer and accepts these General Conditions of Use on the registration page.

Registering for the Offer is free.

4. Offer benefits

The regime that applies to Rewards Points is the one described in the Le Club AccorHotels General Conditions of Use except as specifically otherwise provided in these General Conditions of Use.

4.1. Eligible expenses

Only the following expenses are eligible to earn Rewards Points: breakfasts, brunches, lunches, evening meals or beverages in a Participating Restaurant, excluding those consumed as part of a points eligible stay as described in the Le Club AccorHotels General Conditions of Use, article 7.3 Eligible Expenses.

These expenses must be settled using the Visa® card saved to the “My payment cards” section of the Member’s Le Club AccorHotels online account. This Visa® card is linked to the Member’s Le Club AccorHotels loyalty card. Linking the cards allows points to be earned. The Visa® card must be valid at the time of the transaction in respect of the eligible expenses.

Only eligible expenses paid for by the Member after registering for the Offer in accordance with article 3 will be eligible to earn Rewards Points.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following expenses are not eligible to earn Rewards Points as part of this Offer:
- Expenses settled using cash, cheques, luncheon vouchers or any payment card other than Visa®.
- Expenses settled using a Visa® card other than the one saved to the “My payment cards” section of the Member’s Le Club AccorHotels online account.
- Expenses settled using a Visa® card saved to the “My payment cards” section of the Member’s online Le Club AccorHotels account that has expired at the time of the transaction.
This is not an exhaustive list.

Rewards Points are calculated on the basis of the total invoice for eligible expenses, including all taxes. The invoice must be settled in full, i.e. the payment must have been accepted and confirmed by the hotel. In the event of the invoice not being paid for in full, no Rewards Points will be earned.

In the event of eligible expenses being paid for in pounds sterling, a conversion rate of £0.87 = €1 will be applied for the duration of the Offer.

4.2. Points scale

The scale that applies when earning Rewards Points through this Offer is as follows:
- One Rewards Point earned for each euro of eligible expenses.
- Only a whole number of Rewards Points can be credited to the Member’s account. If application of the Rewards Points scale results in a number of Rewards Points with a decimal fraction, the number of Rewards Points credited will be the next lowest whole number if the number after the decimal point is less than five, and the next highest number if the decimal is equal to or more than five.

Eligible expenses of less than one euro will not qualify to earn Rewards Points.

Rewards Points earned pursuant to the Offer are valid for 365 days from the date of the event that generated their credit. Earning Rewards Points as part of this Offer does not entitle the Member to extend the validity of any Rewards Points previously earned whether as part of the Offer or by any other means.

5. Member’s responsibilities

Any breach of these General Conditions of Use, any abusive or fraudulent use of the Offer, any communication of false information, or any use of a card that does not belong to the Member may result in the temporary suspension or termination of the Member’s qualification for the Offer without notice or compensation.

Such suspension or termination shall in no way prejudice the Administrator’s right to take any other action against the Member.

The Administrator cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from the Member’s failure to comply with these General Conditions of Use.

6. Suspension or termination procedures

6.1. Termination by the Member

A Member may decide to withdraw from the Offer at any time. In order to do so, they must send an email detailing the request via the following link: https://secure.accorhotels.com/gb/support/contact.shtml. The termination of a subscription to the Offer will be effective no later than one month from the date on which the termination email is received.

If the Member’s Le Club AccorHotels membership is terminated for whatever reason, the Member will no longer be able to take advantage of the Offer.

6.2. Suspension or termination by the Administrator

Any breach of these General Conditions of Use by a Member may, at the Administrator’s discretion:
- Result in the temporary suspension of the Member’s subscription to the Offer for a period to be decided by the Administrator, but not exceeding three (3) months (the “Suspension Period”).
- Result in the Member being sanctioned by having their subscription to the Offer cancelled, triggering the immediate cancellation of all the benefits related to the Offer and/or their Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme membership and/or the closure of their Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme membership, without the Member being entitled to claim any kind of compensation for any reason whatsoever.

6.3. Effects of suspension

During the Suspension Period, the Member may not take advantage of any benefits related to the Offer. During the Suspension Period, and no later than the Suspension Period expiry date, the Administrator may decide to:
- lift the suspension, in which case the Member can once again take advantage of any benefits related to the Offer;
or
- order the termination of the Member’s membership to the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme in accordance with the provisions of article 6.2 herein.

6.4. Effects of termination

Whenever membership of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme is terminated for whatever reason, the Member in question will no longer be able to take advantage of the Offer in any way whatsoever.

7. Protection of personal data

The Member’s personal data collected on registering for the Offer or during the Offer subscription period is processed in accordance with article 14 of the Le Club AccorHotels General Conditions of Use.

8. Acceptance of these terms and conditions, settlement of litigation and applicable law

Registering for the Offer implies the Member’s full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Use, and of the Le Club AccorHotels General Conditions of Use. These General Conditions of Use shall prevail over any previous agreement between the parties in respect of the Offer.

In the event of a dispute arising between a Member and the Administrator concerning these General Conditions of Use, the Member is hereby informed that they may opt for a conventional arbitration procedure or any other dispute resolution method. In the absence of an amicable resolution within 60 days of the Customer Care team referral date, the Member may appeal to the Travel and Tourism Mediator, no later than 12 months after making the initial complaint. These General Conditions of Use are governed by French law, without obstructing the mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the Member's home country.
